Lead Maintenance Manager. e are looking for an experienced and skilled Lead Maintenance Manager to oversee all maintenance operations within our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing maintenance teams, ensuring equipment efficiency, minimizing downtime, and maintaining safety standards. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and lead the maintenance team (technicians, electricians, mechanics). Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance activities. Ensure all equipment and machinery operate efficiently. Reduce downtime and improve operational performance. Manage maintenance budgets and control costs. Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations. Maintain maintenance records and prepare performance reports. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations. Handle emergency repairs and breakdown situations. What You’ll Need: Education: Bachelor's Degree (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical) preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience.
